You are sick and it’s more than a cold
Light to moderate training can cut down sickness. But if it’s more than a running nose, it’s preferable to take a rest.
Your muscles are really sore.
Severe muscles soreness may indicate injury. This may be as a result of engaging in new activities or increasing the intensity of a workout too drastically.
You have extreme fatigue.
It may be because of a stressful job that has been keeping you till late, or an endurance run. If you feel too exhausted and unable to go on with your daily activities normally, you are allowed to rest.
You haven’t been sleeping.
Lack of sleep can coz havoc on your health, fitness, and waistline. Try to sleep the recommended eight-hour sleep.
You were already active
When you find yourself tired from doing farm work or engaging in fun recreational activities such as hiking, allow yourself to be flexible in your fitness approach since fitness doesn’t happen within the 4 walls of the gym only.Y
