What to note about meals, before and after working out.

BEFORE; 

Don’t eat right before you exercise! Eat 30 minutes later or more if you need to.

Don’t eat too much fiber or drink too much water. This can bloat you belly and cause muscle cramping .

Do eat good source of carbohydrates that will energize you and not cause you to crash

AFTER;

Don’t reward yourself with food high in calories and saturated fat.

Keep you metabolism high by sticking with the three small meals and two snacks regime. 

Don’t miss a post-workout meal.
