Reduce belly fat with this simple tips

Everybody wants that flat tummy that you can show off when on some swimsuit or on a red carpet event or simply on your day today activities, when you are on some good vibes. The following are some tips that will help you attain that:

Take Lemon water
Take lemon water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and/ or 30 minutes before meals. Lemon water is a detox drink proven to burn belly fat more efficiently.
To make it squeeze one lemon into a glass of warm water.

Stay Hydrated
Drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day to help your body burn fat proficiently. To increase your appetite for water try flavored water infused with lemon, cucumber and mint.
Slice 2 to 3 lemons, one medium cucumber and 12 mint leaves into 12 glasses of water, stir it and store in the fridge for 4 hours before drinking.

Be active and get fresh air
Jogging or walking first thing in the morning will refresh your memory. This will jump-start your metabolism and by the time you take your first meal you will burn more calories faster. Exercise 30 to 60 minutes.

High intensity Interval training
This is one of the most effective workouts to burn fat faster. Hit the gym, you only need to work out 30 to 60 minutes a day.

NB: This will only be effective if you are consistent. Make it a point to stay active and eat healthy. Note that Diet is the most crucial element of loosing belly fat; ; exercise just accelerates fat burn. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the best workout for abs.
