3 of my best tips for attaining fitness goals.

Eat healthy- Stay in shape by eating healthy. Take more lean proteins ( meat, eggs, fish, soy-foods) fruits, vegetables and whole grain. Avoid excess sugar, empty carbohydrates, fried foods and alcohol.

Exercise- Hiit the gym , jog , run on the treadmill,walk up some stairs on a faster rate. Anything to keep your heart rate up.

Have a support system- (Not people on facebook or Instagram who like anything you post )people who believe in you and help you in your quest. It might be a friend who works out with you or a gym instructor.
